Physical Promotion Campaigns:
We have structured our 2010 Physical Promotion pricing to meet the needs of clients at all budgetary levels. Running a promotion campaign with Relax Music Group will provide your CD project the Airplay and Exposure that you need for your music. After all, without conducting some sort of marketing campaign for your CD, no one within the music industry will know who you are. You must take proactive steps to promote yourself and get your name and music pluged into the hands of people that can give it airplay!
We work all genres of music, including Modern Rock and Adult Alternative, Rap, Hip Hop and R&B, Reggae, Jazz, Blues, Folk and Techno. From working Specialty Airplay Charts to the CMJ Top 200, we focus our campaigns towards getting as much awareness for your music as possible across the industry. While it still comes down to how well your music is accepted by the Music Directors and DJs we work, we bust ass to get your music listened to by the people that can play your music on the air.
Clients using our Physical Promotion Service must provide Full CDs (of at least 8 songs or 30 minutes of music), Barcoded, in a Jewel Case with the Band Name on the spine. Artists with CD Singles or EPs are encouraged to utilize our RMG Digital service. Our Physical Promotion Services are best utilized as a part of a greater campaign, to support touring, or to capitalize on peak College Radio Season in the Fall and Spring Semesters.
All of our Promotion Campaigns include Full Tracking and Reporting on All Activities, including outlet contacted, project status, number of spins/plays/views. Set up of Interviews, Giveaways and Station IDs/Breaks are also included at the request of the station. We can design a custom Promotion or Marketing Campaign that can help Break Your Band or Artist.
All of our Physical Promotion clients are included in our RMG Digital database, at no additional charge, giving hundreds of Programmers and DJs across the globe, access to your music for play on their stations and streams.

Packaging and Shipping:
All of our Physical Promotion services include Packaging and Shipping of your CDs to Radio Stations across the US. Each unit includes printed One Sheet, on CD Stickering, Padded Mailer, Labeling, Postage and Handling.
Packages shipped by 1st class mail for 3 day delivery. This assures that stations receive your package within the same time frame on the first week of campaign. Relax Music Group prefers to handle the packaging and shipping for their clients, making sure every package is prepared in a uniform presentation that arrives at each station on the same date.
Incl.: First Class Postage (up to 6 oz.), Padded Mailer, One Sheet Printing, CD Stickers, Package Labeling and Packaging costs.
